Backround
Fall of the SuiThe Sui fell in 618CE. Though the Suihad many accomplishments throughouttheir span, they depleted a lot of theirresources in the Korea campaigns and he emperor was assassinated. This ultimately led to the Sui falling and the Tang coming into power.

Major RulersThe first emperor of the Sui Dynasty was Wendi. His only real major achoplishment was that he reunified China which is a major achomplishment, but the only big one he had. The other emperor was Yangdi, who had a series of smaller acomplishments. He expanded the empire, spreaded the knowlodege of Confusionism, and built a lot of palaces and the Grand Canal. However, after a series of unsuccseful campaignes in Korea, he was overthrown, ending the Sui Dynasty.

-Reunited China -Land Equilazation System -Stable militiristic/legalist econemy -Graneries that allowed the kingdom to fuction in times of famine -The Sui was influcened by Daoism, which was a more common philosophy, however it was also influenced by Buddasim, which had been being spread into China from India since they started being more open with people coming into the country, and having big trade routes. |
